What can be returned and how to raise a return request.
Return window
Return requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective or different from what was ordered.
Condition
The watch must be unused and returned with its original packaging and any included accessories.
How to request
Contact support with your order ID and photographs of the item. We will confirm the return and share pickup or dispatch instructions.
